Delivery Information

Shipping is completely free for all orders delivered within the United States.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delayed Deliveries

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow up to 2 additional business days for delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before processing begins. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
